In the garden, within a few metres from the building, there is the swimming pool. Guests can make use of a solarium furnished with chairs, parasols and gazeboes, the barbecue, a bowls field and a pic-nic area. The villa has private parking lots. Services and shops are to be found in San Rocco di Larciano, just 4 kilometres from the villa. In the neighbourhood there are also a lake for sposrt fishing and the nature observatory of the Padule di Fucecchio natural park. Those who love golf can play on the course of "Montecatini Golf" (6 km). All the most important Tuscan cities of art (Florence, Lucca, Siena, Pisa, Pistoia) and the Versilia can be easily reached from the villa.
