The castle (sleeping 12/20/26) stands about 230 meters above sea level in the countryside between Livorno and Grosseto, in Maremma. The wonderful beaches of the Etruscan Coast are within a few kilometers of the estate. Guided tours to Lucca, Pisa, Volterra, Siena and other important Tuscan cities of art are organized upon request for art lovers. Those who love wine and good food can dedicate to wine tasting or attend the cooking lessons organized at the castle upon request. A riding stable a few kilometers of the property organizes guided horseback excursions in the neighborhood. In proximity to the castle are also a tennis club, some spas and a golf club.

The magnificent 16th-century "Residenza d`Epoca" (historic manor house) is surrounded by a wide fully fenced 2,000-square-meter garden in which lie the private swimming pool (6x12 m; depth: 1.20-1.80 m) and a whirlpool area. The pool side id furnished with sun loungers and deck chairs.
The garden is furnished with armchairs, settees, sunshades, tables and chairs for having meals al fresco.
A changing room is at guests` disposal next to the swimming pool.

The castle (13 double bedrooms, 13 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom) composes of entry hall, four living rooms (one with fireplace and bar and one with Internet point), dining room, thirteen double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and a half bathroom.
