Location

The two villas are located near Cecina (Livorno), in a very peaceful area in the homonymous valley.

Volterra is certainly the most famous town in Val di Cecina, a region that mostly stretches in the province of Pisa. The town renowned for the craftsmen working alabaster is rich in monuments and museums. Particularly interesting are the Palazzo dei Priori, the Roman theatre, the Etruscan acropolis and the Ecomuseo dell'Alabastro. The Museo della Geotermia in Larderello and the Museo delle Miniere in Montecatini in Val di Cecina are worth a visit as well.


Description

The property is just 5 kilometers from the sea. A stay at the villa offers the opportunity to spend some wonderful days at the beaches of the Etruscan Coast. Famous seaside resorts such as Punta Ala, Castiglione della Pescaia and the gulf of Baratti are within short driving distance.
A riding stable, a golf club, a tennis club and some thermal baths are within a few kilometers of the property.

The guests of the two villas share the private swimming pool (12x5 m; depth: 1.50 m) in the fully fenced garden that surrounds the two buildings.
Each villa has a private portion of garden equipped with barbecue and furnished with table and chairs for having meals in the open air.
Villa A wide covered terrace affords wonderful views of the surrounding countryside.


Accommodation

The property consists of two one-story villas.

Villa A consists of kitchen, large living room with fireplace, two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom adjoining to a room with bunk beds and two bathrooms.
Villa B composes of kitchen, large living room, two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom that is converted into a double bedroom upon request and a bathroom.

The two villa are rented separately and to single groups of 14.


Facilities and Services

Both villas are equipped with barbecue, oven, microwave oven and private parking place.
Villa A has also a fireplace.

Shops and services of any kind are 2 kilometers from the complex.
A tennis club, a golf club and a riding stable are within 5 kilometers of the property.
Some thermal baths are 15 kilometers from the estate.
