Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Lunigiana, Garfagnana and other well-renowned Tuscan towns and areas are easily reached by car for wonderful one-day trips. In the neighbourhood of the farmhouse are some 9 and 18-hole golf courts. The wide shady terrace on the front of the ancient 17th century building offers amazing views of the valley below. Next to the farmhouse is a swimming pool supplied from a spring with beneficial properties.

The farmhouse (3 double bedrooms, 1 triple bedroom and 3 bathrooms) has been renovated with an eye to preserving its original structure and furniture and is provided with dishwasher, washing machine and private car port. The two-storey building covers an area of 400 m² and composes of entry hall, large fully equipped kitchen, wide living/dining room with stone fireplace and big arches, two living rooms with fireplace, 2 double-bedded rooms with wrought-iron beds, 1 twin-bedded room that can be transformed into a double-bedded one, 1 bedroom with a double and a single bed, and 3 bathrooms (one with bathtub). The living room on the ground floor has direct access to the panoramic terrace.
