The farmhouse is an excellent accommodation for art and culture lovers as well, who can visit the nearby towns of Volterra, Lucca, Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano and Livorno, and the small villages of Micciano and Querceto.
In the garden that surrounds the building are the picturesque lake of the water lilies, a volleyball field and a bowls pitch.
The private swimming pool (9.50x5.50 m; depth: 1.35 m) is equipped with sunshades and deck chairs.
The farmhouse and its panoramic terrace (with whirlpool swimming pool) command the surrounding woods, and the Tyrrhenian Sea is seen in the distance from the windows of the rooms organized according to the principles of "feng-shui".
