Right in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, the villa is the ideal holiday destination for those who want to relax in close contact with nature as well as visit important cities of art and famous Medieval villages, such as Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Lucca, Siena, Cortona, Florence and Montalcino. At guests` disposal: a small light aircraft landing area and a swimming pool (5x10 m), situated in the garden. The villa is provided with all comforts (ecological vaporization system, Internet connection, satellite TV and DVD player). Barbecue under the pergola, for amusing outdoor dinners. Telescope on the flat roof for admiring the stars at night; possibility of tasting the extra virgin olive oil and the vegetables produced in the farm. Guests can rent 4 mountain bikes. The two-storey villa (4 bedrooms + single sofa bed and 3 bathrooms) composes of fully equipped kitchen, laundry with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron, sitting room-study, 4 bedrooms (either twin-bedded or double, upon request) and 3 bathrooms (one with bath tub and two with shower). All bedrooms are provided with ceiling fans; in the largest one there is also a single sofa bed. The veranda is furnished with a small dining table.
