Location

The welcoming villa is located in Casale Marittimo, a small town in the province of Pisa, just a few kilometers from the beaches of Cecina and the Etruscan Coast.

Widely renowned for its beautiful beaches, in the past the Etruscan Coast was inhabited by the mysterious Etruscan people. The Archaeological Park of Baratti e Populonia and the area of the gulf of Baratti are rich in artefacts of Etruscan origin. Populonia Alta, a beautiful village atop a hill, is the only coastal Etruscan town.

Moreover, the gulf of Baratti is one of the destinations preferred by underwater photographers.


Description

The welcoming villa is situated in a very peaceful area in the Tuscan countryside. Several nature reserves, a riding stable and a tennis club are in proximity to the house, whereas Donoratico thermal baths, Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Colle Val d'Elsa and other Tuscan tourist destinations are within easy driving distance.

The private and fenced swimming pool (10x5 m; depth: 1.50 m) in the fully fenced garden is exclusively reserved to guests. Next to the swimming pool stands a small wooden bower.
A large pergola is equipped for having meals al fresco.


Accommodation

The villa is a one-story building consisting of a living area with kitchen corner and double sofa bed, a beautiful room with a glass window that can be used as a winter garden room, two double bedrooms (one with a private bathroom with shower) and a second bathroom with shower.
