Location
The vacation house stands 216 meters above sea level in Val di Cecina, in Riparbella.
Riparbella is a small town in the province of Pisa, on the southern side of Poggio di Nocola. The name of the town probably comes from Latin Ripa Albella, meaning "riva bianca" (white bank): in fact, the top of the hill on which Riparbella stands is made of white tufa and sand.
The historic center around the castle is of medieval origin and dates back to the 11th century.
