The ancient castle (sleeping 13+1) stands in panoramic position on a hill in Tuscan Maremma just a few kilometers from the Tyrrhenian Sea and the famous beaches of the region, the preferred seaside vacation resort of many Italian and international VIPs.
The ideal accommodation for food-and-wine tourism lovers, for those who want to relax in close contact with nature and for those who like scuba diving and sailing, the castle is surrounded by a wide park in which are the ruins of an important Roman villa dating from the 1st century BC.
The private swimming pool (8x13.50 m; depth: 1.50-1.70 m) is at guests` disposal in the garden together with a table-tennis table and some inflatable toys for children. By the swimming pool are also a bathroom and an external shower.
Built in the 16th century, the castle is furnished with antique furniture. The rooms have handmade terracotta-tiled floors and the dining room has a vault brick ceiling dating from the 18th century. The castle offers 3 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, 3 single bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.
A supplementary single bed can be added in one of the single bedrooms.
