The estate is surrounded by 60 hectares of wood inhabited by a varied wildlife. The farmhouse enjoys a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside and of the nearby village of Pari. Mount Amiata is to be seen in the distance.
Not far from the farmhouse is Bagni di Petriolo with its thermal establishments. In the past important historical figures, members of the Medici and Gonzaga families and Pope Pius II visited these thermal baths, which date back to the 13th century and are widely renowned for the highly therapeutic properties of their waters.
The farmhouse is provided with all comforts (car park, satellite TV with SKY decoder for watching free channels, Internet connection, fireplace, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing set, microwave oven, electric oven and American coffee maker) and features a wide garden, where are the private swimming pool (8x4 m), a summer kitchen, a brick barbecue and an oven with porch. Possibility of eating outdoor, under a shed furnished with table and chairs. In case of need, guests can contact two people living nearby, who speak fluent English and German.
