The farmhouse (4+1 sleeping accommodations) is situated in Scarlino, in the province of Grosseto. Standing on a hills of Tuscan Maremma, it enjoys a wonderful view over the gulf of Follonica and is a mere 7 kilometres from the sea. Calaviolina, one of the 11 most beautiful Italian beaches, Punta Ala, Baratti and the island of Elba are within easy reach. Those who love art and archaeology can visit Sorano, Massa Marittima, Pitigliano and San Gimignano. A lot of feasts and festivals dedicated to local food specialities take place in the neighbouring villages and towns.

Provided with all comforts, the farmhouse is surrounded by a fully fenced 900-square-metre garden provided with a lighting system. A nice porch is furnished with table, chairs, deck chairs and small armchairs. A brick barbecue is at guests` disposal.

The farmhouse composes of kitchenette, living room with single sofa bed, two double-bedded rooms and a bathroom with shower. The French-door in one of the bedrooms opens onto the porch.
