The villa (12+4 sleeping accommodations) is situated in the Tuscan countryside, just a few kilometres from Roccastrada and Massa Marittima, at the border of Maremma and Val d`Orcia. Standing in panoramic position, the villa overlooks the wonderful valley of Monteleoni. Grosseto, Siena and Castiglione della Pescaia and its beaches are easily reached by car.

Provided with all comforts (satellite TV, Internet connection, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, iron, hair dryer and car park), the building features a terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside. The private swimming pool, the barbecue equipment, a cot bed, a high chair, and several sunshades and deck chairs are at guests` disposal.

Distances: Grosseto 20 km - Castiglione della Pescaia 30 km - Siena 40 km.

The villa (6 double bedrooms, 2 with a third bed + double sofa bed and 3 bathrooms) is divided into two independent apartments.

Apartment 1 (8+2 sleeping accommodations): situated on the ground floor, composes of kitchen, large living room with stone fireplace, 4 double-bedded rooms (possibility of adding a third bed in two of them) and 2 bathrooms. The veranda opens onto the swimming pool.

Apartment 2 (4+2 sleeping accommodations): is on the first floor and composes of kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace and double sofa bed, 1 double-bedded room, 1 twin-bedded room and 1 bathroom, The wide balcony overlooks the valley of Monteleoni.
