The villa (sleeping 7/17) stands on a hill in Tuscan Maremma, in Scarlino, a small medieval village in the province of Grosseto. Situated just 7 kilometres from the sea and close to the pinewoods of Follonica, the villa enjoys a breathtaking view of the gulf of Follonica. The villa is the ideal accommodation for sea lovers, who will have the opportunity of doing pleasant excursions to Calaviolina (one of the most beautiful Italian beaches), Punta Ala, Castiglione della Pescaia and Baratti. Those who love art and culture can discover Massa Marittima, Pitigliano and Sorano and their Etruscan treasures, or visit important cities of art, such as Siena, San Gimignano, Pisa and Florence. On occasion of the various food festivals that are organised in the area in the course of the year, guests will have the opportunity of tasting the specialities of the local cuisine.

Provided with all comforts (air conditioning, satellite TV, Internet connection, CD player, DVD player, dishwasher, electric oven, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, barbecue equipment and car park), the villa is surrounded by a fully fenced garden, where lies a private swimming pool (16x6 m; maximum depth 2.30 m) surrounded on three sides by a wall. The swimming pool is provided with springboard and underwater and night lighting. The pool side is furnished with sun loungers, a wooden shed and a hot-water shower.
