Tuscany Vacation Villas

The villa (sleeping 8/12), an ancient medieval sighting tower, stands 150 meters above sea level by Orbetello, a small town of Tuscan Maremma in the province of Grosseto. The windows of the villa, the garden and the belvedere enjoy a breathtaking view of the hills of the Parco dell`Uccellina, Mount Argentario promontory, some islands of the Tuscan Archipelago and the town of Porto Santo Stefano.

The villa is an excellent accommodation for those who want to relax in an elegant and refined setting, surrounded by Maremma luxuriant nature, but also for sporty people, who can visit the golf club, the riding stable and the tennis club situated within 10 kilometers. Obviously, there are plenty of possibilities of doing water sports: in fact, the villa has a private access to the sea.

A belvedere and a second terrace are furnished with sun loungers and sofas for guests to relax while admiring the wonderful panorama.
A wide fully fenced garden stretches around the villa.
Guests are granted the exclusive use of the private swimming pool (4x6 m; depth: 1.20 m).

The complex (4 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and 6 bathrooms) consists in a two-story villa and an annex.

The villa composes of kitchen, dining room with fireplace, two living rooms (one with fireplace), dressing room, two double bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom), two twin bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and another bathroom.
The living room on the first floor has access to a balcony divided into a relax area with deck chairs and sun loungers and an area furnished for having meals in the open air.

The annex adjacent to the villa consists in a living room and two bedrooms with ensuite bathroom.
