The villa (sleeping 9+1) stands on a dune in a particularly peaceful area in Tuscan Maremma, close to Castiglione della Pescaia (Grosseto). The building is just 20 meters from the shore and is surrounded by a wide garden furnished for having meals al fresco and by a private pinewood. The three balconies of the villa offer a breathtaking view of the Tyrrhenian Sea, the islands of the Tuscan Archipelago and the pinewood stretching at the back of the house.

The villa is the ideal accommodation for several types of tourists: sporty guests can dedicate to windsurfing and sailing or visit the riding stable, tennis club and golf club situated within a few kilometers of the estate; history and archaeology lovers can instead visit the nearby Etruscan necropolis of Roselle.

The villa (1 double bedroom, 3 twin bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 1 supplementary single bed, 2 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom) is a three-story building consisting in well-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, a double bedroom with ensuite half bathroom, three twin bedrooms, a single bedroom and two bathrooms with shower.
A supplementary single bed is at guests` disposal upon request.
