Location
The villa stands at an altitude of 110 meters atop a hill situated between Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi (Lucca), in Versilia.
Versilia is a region in northern Tuscany that owes its name to the river that flows through it. In the origin, Versilia included only the municipalities of Forte dei Marmi, Pietrasanta, Seravezza and Stazzema, which formed the so-called "historic Versilia"; Viareggio, Massarosa and Camaiore were incorporated into the region just about a century ago.
A renowned region in Italy and worldwide for its beaches and night life, Versilia is also a land of culture: each year the Festival Puccini takes place in Torre del Lago, whereas ballet and theatre shows are held in Villa La Versiliana in Marina di Pietrasanta.
In Versilia, and especially in Viareggio, have been shot several films on the Italy of the economic boom (1960s).
Description
Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, the luxurious villa afford a splendid view over the coast and the Tyrrhenian Sea.
The villa is an excellent departure point for visits to the nearby Lunigiana and Garfagnana, for hiking excursions on the Apuan Alps or for visiting important cities of art, such as Pisa, Lucca and Florence. Sport lovers can visit the golf club, the riding stable and the tennis club that are within a few kilometers of the villa.
The building is surrounded by a fully fenced garden in which lies the private swimming pool (8x5 m; depth: 1.60 m). The swimming pool is provided with a salt disinfection system and is exclusively reserved to guests.
Several gazebos are furnished with tables and chairs for having meals in the open air.
The villa has also a patio with glass windows and a large panoramic terrace.

The three-story building composes of kitchen, dining room with direct access to the garden, TV room, library, seven double bedrooms (four can be transformed into twin bedrooms) and seven bathrooms.
Five bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom.

The villa is equipped with barbecue, working fireplace, DVD player, electric oven, American-style coffee maker and private car parking place.
A baby sitter, a cook and a maid service are supplied upon request.
Shops and services of any kind are 3 kilometers from the villa.
