Location

The beautiful villa is just a few kilometers from Lido di Camaiore and its beaches.

Lido di Camaiore is a beloved seaside resort of many Tuscan tourists as well as of many Italian sports, showbiz and politics celebrities.

Close to Lido di Camaiore are also the beaches, boutiques, discos and bars of Forte dei Marmi and Marina di Pietrasanta; Villa La Versiliana, whose park every year is the location of an important theatre festival; and Torre del Lago Puccini, where in August takes place the Festival Puccini.


Description

The elegant villa is surrounded by a garden furnished with outdoor furniture and equipped with barbecue for guests to relax and have their meals al fresco.
The private swimming pool (9x4 m; depth: 1.50 m) is provided with a coverage thanks to which it can be used even in winter, and with a lighting system.

A golf club and a tennis club are near the property. The villages of Garfagnana, Stazzema and other towns of Versilia are within easy driving distance. Lucca, Pisa, Florence and other Tuscan cities of are reached by train from Viareggio railway station.

The villa is a three-story building consisting of kitchen; living room with fireplace and dining area; a junior suite with bathroom; a large suite with whirlpool bathtub, walk-in closet and sauna; two suites with two single beds and bathroom with shower; and a large room with billiard table, cinema area, table-football table and area dedicated to music with drums, keyboard, microphones and karaoke set.
