Location The villa is on the hills that surround Camaiore, in Versilia, a few kilometers from Forte dei Marmi and its beaches. Forte dei Marmi is a lovely Tuscan town renowned for its beaches and its trendy nightspots. The Fortino, the symbol of Forte dei Marmi, was built in the 17th century by order of Grand Duke Leopold I Lorraine fore defensive purposes and at present hosts the collection of caricatures and satiric satirical designs of the Museo della satira e della caricatura. Also renowned is the district called Roma Imperiale with many villas in different styles. Description The beautiful villa is immersed in a wide park scattered with century-old trees and equipped for having meals in the open air. A wide solarium area surrounds the private swimming pool (15x4 m; depth: 1.40 m) that lies a few meters from the house. The large rooms are furnished with wonderful period items and modern comforts. A riding stable, a tennis club and the beaches of Lido di Camaiore and Forte dei Marmi are within a few kilometers from the property. The charming villages of the Garfagnana region, Lucca, Pisa and Florence are easily reached by car. Accommodation The villa is a three-story building consisting of kitchen, dining room, living room, four double bedrooms (two with private bathroom with bathtub and shower) and a bathroom with shower. The outbuilding in the garden features another double bedroom with private bathroom with shower. Two of the bedrooms can be converted into twin bedrooms upon request. Facilities and Services The villa is equipped with DVD player, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, espresso coffee maker, American-style coffee maker and private car parking place.
