The villa (10+3 sleeping accommodations) is situated in the heart of Lucca countryside, near the small village of Montecarlo. Located about 30 kilometres from the estate, the beaches of Versilia are easily reached by car.

Surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, the villa has a panoramic balcony that gives a magnificent view over the countryside.

Provided with all comforts, the villa is fully fenced. The building is surrounded by a 1000-square-metre garden, where are the swimming pool and the private car park. A table-tennis table and the barbecue equipment are at guests` disposal.

The two-storey building (5 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms) has a floor space of 270 square metres and composes of fully equipped kitchen, TV room with fireplace, dining room, 5 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (two with shower and one with bathtub). A large veranda is furnished for having meals al fresco.
