Built in the 19th century and then renovated, the villa (5+1 sleeping accommodation) is situated in Valdinievole, between Lucca and Collodi, just a few kilometres from Pisa and the beaches of Versilia.

In the 9000-square-metre park that surrounds the building, an ancient master villa, lies the private swimming pool (5 x 12 m; depth: 1.40 m), exclusively reserved to guests. The pool side is furnished with sunshades, deck chairs and an external shower, and is provided with a lighting system. The barbecue equipment, a table for having meals al fresco, a garage with a washing machine and a car park are at guests` disposal. The estate is fully fenced.

The villa is divided into two apartments, one of which is not occupied. The guests living in the second apartment are granted the exclusive use of the swimming pool, the park and all of the external areas.

The rented apartment (2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 1 bathroom) covers an area of 180 square metres and composes of kitchen/dining room, lumber room, laundry room, large living room with satellite TV, 1 double-bedded room, 1 twin-bedded room, 1 bedroom-study and a bathroom with whirlpool shower. A supplementary single bed can be added in the twin-bedded room.
