Situated in the plain of Lucca, near Montecarlo, the villa (6 sleeping accommodations) is the ideal accommodations for those who love spending their vacations in close contact with nature. The villa is surrounded by the fruit trees, vines and olive groves of the neighboring farm.

The 2,000-square-meter fenced garden that surrounds the building is furnished with table and chairs for having meals al fresco. In the garden are also the barbecue equipment and a small children`s playground. About 30 meters from the villa, in the garden, lies a private swimming pool (10x4 m). Open from May to September, the swimming pool comes with a lighting system and can therefore be used also at night. The pool side is furnished with sun loungers and deck chairs. Next to the swimming pool lies a 1,000-square-meter fenced lake. A remote controlled gate gives access to the villa.

Collodi, with its famous park dedicated to Pinocchio, and the beaches of the Versilia are just a few kilometers from the villa. Mountain lovers can do excursions at the discovery of the natural beauties of the Garfagnana, whereas the lovers of the arts can organize one-day trips to Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Pistoia and Siena, which are all easily reached by car.

The villa is furnished in classical style with wooden and wrought-iron furniture, and is provided with all comforts (fireplace, wireless Internet connection, barbecue, electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, garage, uncovered parking place). A playpen for babies and two folding beds are available upon request.

The villa (2 double-bedded rooms, 1 twin-bedded room and 2 bathrooms) is a two-story building with a livable surface of 120 square meters. The ground floor is entirely dedicated to the cellar, whereas the first floor composes of kitchen, living room with fireplace, two double-bedded rooms (one has a balcony), a twin-bedded room and two bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower and washing machine).

The villa features a terrace furnished for having meals al fresco.
