The farmhouse (10 beds) is situated in a little Medieval hamlet immersed in the green countryside, a few kilometres from Montaione. It is divided into two apartments: the bigger sleeps 6 people, whereas the smaller sleeps 4 people. The apartments have separated entrances but are connected through an internal door. Both apartments have an outdoor furnished space for dining in the open air. In the garden surrounding the house there is the swimming pool (8x4m), commanding the surrounding countryside. At the guests` disposal: Internet connection, satellite TV, hi-fi system, heating system, dish-washer and laundry-room. The farmhouse is a few kilometres from the thermal establishments in Gambassi Terme and from the golf course in Castelfalfi. Thanks to its strategic position in the heart of Tuscany, the farmhouse is the ideal starting point for trips to many important Tuscan cities, such as Florence, Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano and Pisa. Shops and services are in Montaione (5 minutes by car).

The farmhouse (5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms) is divided into two independent apartments communicating through an internal door. The bigger apartment is composed of fully equipped kitchen, living room, 3 double bedrooms (one with fireplace) and 2 bathrooms with shower. The smaller apartment is composed of fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin-bedded room and 1 bathroom with shower.
