Situated close to Monteriggioni and just 5 kilometres form Siena, in the Valdelsa region, this elegant luxury villa (6 sleeping accommodations) was in origin a small countryside school. The estate is immersed in the typical Tuscan countryside landscape, made of gentle hills covered with olive groves and vineyards. Around the property stretch several routes for pleasant walks and mountain-bike and horse rides. The villa is an excellent starting point for trips to Siena, Certaldo, Colle Val d`Elsa, San Gimignano, Volterra, the whole Chianti district and Florence. Riding stables are just 3 kilometres from the villa.

The swimming pool (10x5 m; depth 1.20-1.50 m, open from May to October) situated in the wide garden that surrounds the building enjoys a wonderful view of the Castle of the Villa and the Castle of the Chiocciola, both of which stand close to the estate.

Provided with all comforts (satellite TV, barbecue, stereo system, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, iron and ironing board), the villa features a veranda furnished with table and chairs for pleasant dinners al fresco. A cot and a high chair are available for guests with small children. The villa has a private car park.
