Location
The villa stands at an altitude of about 262 meters in proximity to Sovicille (Siena), a municipality in the region called Montagnola Senese.
The burg of Sovicille was founded around the year 1000 and between the 11th century and the first half of the 13th century it belonged to the nearby Abbazia della Serena. Around 1240 the burg organized itself up as a free commune with its own statute, but in the following centuries it was sieged by Emperor Henry VII and then by Siena army. Florence finally conquered Sovicille in the 16th century.
The municipality of Sovicille is rich in interesting medieval churches and wonderful villas that once belonged to Sienese aristocratic families, such as Villa Celsa and Villa Cetinale.
Description
The beautiful villa stands at the center of an estate situated in a peaceful area in southern Tuscany and surrounded by coppice forests and cultivated fields. The panoramic terrace on the roof of the building and the garden afford a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside and the town of Siena, which is to be seen in the distance.
The villa is surrounded by a wide and fully fenced garden, where are the barbecue equipment, a table for having meals in the open air and the private swimming pool (12x6 m; depth: 1.10-2.10 m). Next to the swimming pool is an outdoor shower.
Siena, Arezzo, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, the Chianti region, Colle Val d'Elsa and many other Tuscan cities of art are easily reached by car for pleasant one-day trips.

The villa is a two-story building composed of kitchen with direct access to the garden, dining room with direct access to the garden, living room, three double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower (one has an access to the outdoors), a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and access to the outdoors, and a fifth bathroom with shower.
