Situated 270 metres above sea level in Monteroni d`Arbia (Siena), in the Crete Senesi region, the villa (14+1 sleeping accommodations) is a 13th-century building that is part of a farm of about 700 hectares.
In proximity to the villa stands Poggio Napoleone which offers a wonderful view over Monte Amiata, the town of Siena and the Crete Senesi region. Many Tuscan cities of art, including Pienza, Siena, Montalcino and San Gimignano, are within easy car reach. An Etruscan archaeological site is just a few kilometers from the villa. Sporty guests can visit the tennis club and the golf club in proximity to the estate, whereas some thermal baths are waiting for those who wish to relax and dedicate to the well-being of their body.
Recently renovated with an eye to maintaining its original structure and provided with all comforts (barbecue, Internet connection, fans, fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer and private car park), the villa is surrounded by a garden of about 3,000 meters bordered with a hedge. In the garden are a gazebo, some table and some chairs.
The private swimming pool (10x4 m; depth: 1.50 m) is furnished with sun loungers, lies about 6 meters from the villa and is open from May 1st to the end of September.

The villa (4 double-bedded rooms, 3 twin-bedded rooms, 1 supplementary single bed and 5 bathrooms) is a two-story building consisting in kitchen, entry hall with kitchenette, dining room, four double-bedded rooms (one comes with an ensuite bathroom with shower), three bedrooms with two single beds that can be united to create a double bed, three more bathrooms with shower and a toilette.
A supplementary single bed can be added in any bedroom on the first floor.
The French door in the dining room gives access to a porch of about 50 meters furnished with tables and chairs for having meals al fresco. In the porch is the barbecue equipment.
