Tuscany Vacation Villas

Location

The villa stands at an elevation of about 360 meters on the hills of Chianti Classico, near Gaiole in Chianti.

Every year, on the first Sunday of October, Gaiole in Chianti hosts the start of the Eroica, a cyclotourist event dedicated to bike - and especially period bike - lovers with four different itineraries along the dirt roads of Chianti and Valdorcia.

In mid-July Gaiole hosts the Festa dei Rioni.

Description

The villa is part of an ancient hamlet on the gentle hills of Chianti covered with vineyards and olive groves.
Florence, Siena, Colle Val d'Elsa, Arezzo, San Gimignano and the whole Chianti region are within easy driving distance. Many wineries organize visits to their cellars, on the occasion of which visitors can taste the celebrated Chianti Classico DOCG wine produced in the area.

The garden around the house is fully fenced and equipped with the private swimming pool (7.5x4.5 m; depth: 1.10 m), a swing set and a slide.
A barbecue area is equipped for having meals in the open air.


Accommodation

The villa is a two-story building composed of two living rooms with kitchen corner (one with a dining area and a fireplace and the second with a double sofa bed), storeroom, three double bedrooms (two with their private bathroom with shower) and a third bathroom with shower.


Facilities and Services

The villa is equipped with barbecue, wood-burning oven, slide, swing set, fireplace, fans, oven, microwave oven, freezer, American-style coffee maker and private car parking area.
A domestic help is available upon request.

A restaurant and a food shop are about 500 meters from the villa.
Other shop and services of any kind are 10 kilometers from the property.
