The elegant villa (10 sleeping accommodations) is only 4 kilometres from Bolsena, close to the homonymous lake and Turona Park. It is therefore an excellent accommodation for those who like spending their holidays in close contact with nature, doing trekking or birdwatching. On Lake Bolsena, guests can dedicate to several water sports, such as sailing, windsurf, water ski and fishing (within the limits established by law).

The villa is just a few kilometres from Pitigliano and the thermal resorts San Casciano dei Bagni, Terme di San Filippo and Saturnia, where guests can relax and dedicate to their well-being.

In the well-tended garden overlooking the lake lies the round swimming pool. The pool side is furnished with deck chairs. The barbecue equipment is at guests` disposal. Pets are welcome but at present the estate is not fenced.

The villa (2 double bedrooms, 2 triple bedrooms + 1 double sofa bed and 2 bathrooms) is provided with working fireplace, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and car park and is divided into two independent apartments.

Apartment 1, on the first floor, covers a surface of 120 m² and is composed of equipped kitchen, living room with panoramic view, living/dining room with and fireplace, 1 double-bedded room, 1 triple bedroom and 1 bathroom with bathtub. The apartment has an independent entrance and a large balcony furnished for eating al fresco.

Apartment 2, on the ground floor, measures 110 m² and composes of kitchen, living room, 1 double-bedded room, 1 room with a double and a single bed and 1 bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped for eating al fresco. The entrance is under the porch on the front of the building.
