The villa is located near the medieval towns of Pienza and Montepulciano in the Val d`Orcia. Montepulciano is a beatiful small hilltop town. Founded by Etruscans in the IV century BC, Montepulciano has become famous among artists for its landscape and architectural beauty. Many directors have chosen it for their movies.
From the villa you can easily reach Pienza , Montalcino , Siena , Arezzo e Firenze .


Description

The villa is in a panoramic position, surrounded by the typical Tuscan hills in absolute privacy and peace.
The villa , ex-farmhouse, was completely restored. In the garden, there is a panoramic swimming pool, an arbour with a table to dine outdoor, a barbeque, a wooden stove for pizzas and homemade bread and an organic garden.


Accomodation

The villa ( 8+2 beds - 230 square metres - 2 double rooms, 2 twin rooms, 5 bathrooms ) has two floors.
On the ground floor: a dining room connected to a full kitchen and a living room with a fireplace. Books in foreign languages are located on a nice manger. In the living area there is a toilette. From the living room, we access to a twin bedroom and an ensuite bathroom. From the bedroom, guests can go into the garden.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, three ensuite bathrooms. Two single beds can be added in the bedroom on the ground floor or in the two double bedrooms on the first floor.


Services and Facilities

The villa has dishwasher, washing machine, sat TV, DVD player, heating, Internet WI-FI Connection, fireplace. Garden, swimming pool and outdoor area with dining table, stove for pizzas and barbeque.
Shops and any kind of service can be found in the nearby town, about three kilometres away from the villa. Golf and tennis courts, riding stables, thermal waters can be found the surrounding area.
