The villa (12/14 beds) is immersed in a suggestive landscape, in the typical tuscan countryside, near the little village of Ponte d`Arbia (1km away) where you can find any kind of food shops. From the villa you can visit many interesting places rich of art and culture such as Buonconvento (6 km) , Siena (23 km), S.Quirico d`Orcia e Pienza (30 km), S.Gimignano (60 km) , Greve in Chianti ( 45 km ), Firenze (circa 80 km) , Arezzo (70 km) and Perugia (circa 100 km) . The house is perfect for family holidays since the villa is surrounded by a wide garden and, in the swimming pool (16x8 mts deep 1,50 mts.), there`s a specific area for babies as the depth reachs only 0,40 mts.
Moreover there`s a little private lake where you can fishing and in the surroundings it`s possible to visit many farms famous for their wine production: in Montalcino you can taste the well-known `Brunello di Montalcino` and in Montepulciano the great `Nobile di Montepulciano`.
Additionally the villa is near the famous hot springs in Terme di Rapolano ( 2 kms from the villa ) and Bagno Vignoni ( 30kms )

Accommodation : On the ground floor you enter in a wide living room furnished with a old fireplace in typical tuscan style and a big dining table suitable for 12/14 people, a large kitchen provided with fridge, grill and dishwasher. From the kitchen you go to a nice loggia equipped with tables and chairs. On the same floor there`s a room with sofabed and a bathroom, a double bedroom with bathroom and a twin bedroom and a bathroom.
On the upper floor there are 4 double bedrooms, each provided with its own private bathroom (with showers) and a sitting room with kitchen corner.
