Tuscany Vacation Villas

The vacation villa (sleeping 15) is situated in Colle Val d`Elsa, in the Tuscan region called Valdelsa, in the province of Siena, just a few kilometers from many important cities of art, including San Gimignano, Siena, Volterra and Florence, and the Tuscan spa resort Gambassi Terme. In proximity to the villa are also a riding stable, a golf club and some tennis courts.

The private swimming pool with whirlpool area (5x10 m; depth: 0.70-1.80 m), a table-football, a table-tennis table, a small gym, the barbecue equipment and a children`s playground are at guests` disposal in the wide garden.

The two-story building (2 triple bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 4 bathrooms) is divided into three apartments and composes of three kitchens, a living room, two triple bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and four bathrooms.
On the first floor is a 20-square-meter balcony.
