The cozy villa stands at an altitude of about 810 meters on the hills of Val d'Orcia, near Campiglia d'Orcia, a medieval village in the province of Siena.

The charming village is situated on the slope of a calcareous formation atop of which stands a tower that is reached only on foot through a path. The hilltop offers fantastic panoramic views.


Description

The cozy stone villa is an ideal solution for those who long for relaxing vacations in southern Tuscany at the discovery of such real jewels as Sarteano, Pienza, Montalcino, Montepulciano, San Quirico d'Orcia and Radicofani. The spa towns of Bagno Vignoni, Bagni San Filippo, San Casciano dei Bagni and Chianciano Terme are easily reached by car.

A beautiful garden overlooking the surrounding countryside and furnished for dining in the open air stretches around the villa with beamed rooms and an ancient oak floor.
The private swimming pool (16x4.5 m; depth: 1.40 m) is equipped with a salt-water depuration system. An outdoor shower is next to the poolside.

The villa is a two-story building consisting of kitchen with fireplace/barbecue, dining room with fireplace, two living rooms with fireplace, laundry room, four double bedrooms (three with private bathroom) and two more bathrooms.

A whirlpool bathtub is in one of the bathrooms on the first floor.

The villa is provided with outdoor shower, barbecue, fireplace, oven, microwave oven, freezer, toaster, American-style coffee maker, whirlpool bathtub and parking area.
A domestic help is available upon request.
