The villa (sleeping 8) stands 250 meters above sea level on the hills of the Crete Senesi region, in Monteroni d`Arbia (Siena) and has an impressive view on Mount Amiata, nearby Montalcino and Siena. Pienza, San Gimignano, Montepulciano, Volterra and Florence are within easy car reach for pleasant one-day trips. Between a tennis or a golf match and a walk or a horseback ride in the neighborhood, guests can taste the extra-virgin olive oil, wines, cheeses and honey produced in the area. Those who want to dedicate to their well-being can visit the nearby spas in Rapolano Terme and Bagno Vignoni.

The private swimming pool (7x14 m; depth: 1.00-2.00 m) situated in the garden that surrounds the building and equipped with sunshades, sun loungers and tables is exclusively reserved to guests. On one side of the building is a porch furnished with table and chairs. Some bicycles, an outdoor whirlpool bathtub and the barbecue equipment are at guests` disposal.
