The vacation villa (sleeping 8+2) is located in Monticchiello, just a few kilometers from Pienza (Siena), in Val d`Orcia Natural Park, which UNESCO has declared a World Heritage site. Olive groves dotted with cypress tress stretch as far as the eye can see around the elegant 17th-century building. Pienza, Montalcino, Florence, Colle Val d`Elsa, Siena and other important Tuscan cities of art are easily reached with a short drive. Chianciano Terme and Bagno Vignoni, two famous Tuscan spa resorts, are just a few kilometers from the villa.
In the 10,000-square-meter garden that surrounds the villa lies the private swimming pool (5x14 m; depth: 1.40-2.40 m), which has a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside. The porch is furnished with table and chairs for having meals al fresco.
Equipped with all comforts (working fireplace, barbecue, Internet connection, air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD player, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, cot beds, and private car parking place), the villa has been recently renovated and furnished with period items.

The two-story building (1 double bedroom, 3 twin bedrooms, 2 supplementary single beds, 4 bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms) is divided into two independent apartments and composes of two kitchens, two living rooms with fireplace and dining area, one double bedroom, three twin bedrooms, four bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. All of the bedrooms come with an ensuite bathroom.
Two supplementary single beds can be added in any room.
