Tuscany Vacation Villas

With its large frescoed rooms furnished with valuable items, the villa (sleeping 14) is located in Valdelsa, between Colle Val d`Elsa and Poggibonsi (Siena). The building was built in the 17th century and features several unusual architectural elements, including some double-lancet windows, the battlements that trim the roof and a series of marble sculptures inserted in the walls.

Around the building stretches a wide garden, in which are the barbecue equipment, an ancient hunting lodge that has been transformed into a kitchen, a sink, a shower, a half bathroom and tables and chairs for guests to have their meals al fresco.

Guests are granted the exclusive use of the private swimming pool (7x15 m; depth: 0.60-1.86 m), situated in the north-west corner of the park and surrounded by a wide stone solarium area. Next to the swimming pool stands a marble pavilion that commands the wonderful panorama.

Strategically positioned in the heart of Tuscany, the villa is an excellent accommodation for the art and culture lovers who would like to visit Volterra, Colle Val d`Elsa, San Gimignano, the Chianti region, Siena and Florence, which are all within easy driving distance.

The owners live in proximity to the villa and will gladly help their guests in case of need.
