Location

The villa stands at an altitude of about 270 meters on a hill in Valdichiana, near Monte San Savino.

Monte San Savino is a town in the province of Arezzo mainly renowned for its potteries and its "porchetta" (pork loin stuffed with herbs and dried fruit). A feast dedicated to porchetta takes place every year on the second Sunday of September and the three preceding days.
Every year in November, the town in Valdichiana hosts an event dedicated to historic and fantasy modelling, whereas the last week of June is dedicated to the re-enactment of the investiture as a count of Baldovino di Monte and to the "Palio dei Quartieri".


Description

The beautiful villa overlooking the surrounding countryside and the towns of Cortona and Castiglion Fiorentino is surrounded by a wide garden in which are a masonry barbecue and the private swimming pool (10x5 m; depth: 1.50 m). The poolside is equipped with sun loungers and parasols.
Guests can have their meals al fresco under a gazebo furnished with table and chairs.

Arezzo, Siena, Cortona, Anghiari, Florence and many other important cities of art in Tuscany and central Italy are within short driving distance.
A tennis club and a riding stable are within 15 kilometers of the villa.

The villa is a three-story building consisting of kitchen, dining room, living room, five double bedrooms (three with ensuite bathroom) and a fourth bathroom.
