Provided with all comforts (working fireplace, air conditioning, DVD player, CD player, satellite TV, Internet connection, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, electric oven, cot bed), the villa enjoys a breathtaking view over the hills of the Valdichiana region. Guests are also granted the exclusive use of the private swimming pool. The villa has a car park. Animals are welcome.

The villa (6 double bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 1 toilette) spreads out over two floors and composes of a large room divided into kitchen, dining room and living room with fireplace, 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom (one with shower and accessible to disabled people and one with whirlpool bathtub), 1 double bedroom, 3 twin-bedded rooms with en-suite bathroom with shower, another bathroom with shower and 1 toilette. The porch on the ground floor is furnished for eating al fresco. On the first floor is a balcony.
