The villa (sleeping 12) stands in panoramic position 500 meters above sea level on the hills covered with woods of Casentino, near Subbiano (Arezzo). In the garden that surrounds the building are the barbecue equipment, a table-football table, some tables and chairs for having meals al fresco and the private swimming pool (5.40x12.20 m; depth: 0.70-1.80 m). A bathroom and an external shower are next to the swimming pool. The garden has a night lighting system.
Many Tuscan cities of art, including Cortona, Arezzo, Siena, Montalcino and Florence, as well as the sanctuary of La Verna are easily reached by car for pleasant one-day trips.
Provided with all comforts (swimming-pool toys for children, working fireplace, DVD player, stereo system, Internet connection, oven, microwave oven, satellite TV, fridge, espresso coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, cot beds and private car parking place), the villa (4 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 1 double sofa bed, 1 supplementary single sofa bed and 4 bathrooms) is a three-story building consisting in entry hall, fully equipped kitchen with fireplace and adjacent kitchenette, living room with fireplace, dining room, storeroom, children`s playroom, wide room with double sofa bed and access to the balcony, four double bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom), one single bedroom and three bathrooms.
A supplementary single bed is at guests` disposal upon request.
Lunches and dinners can be organized in a wide room under stairs, which is open only upon request and upon payment of an additional charge.
