Tuscany Vacation Villas

The luxurious villa (sleeping 9) was built in the early 11th century in Sansepolcro (Arezzo), the town of Tuscan Valtiberina that gave birth to Piero della Francesca. The central tower is all that remains of the first building. The elegant vacation villa has been declared "Residenza d`epoca" (since it is a historic manor house dating from the early 11th century). The building is situated in an estate that includes also a private hallowed chapel that can host wedding ceremonies.

A wide fully fenced park equipped with outdoor furniture surrounds the villa. In the park are also the barbecue equipment and the private swimming pool (5x10 m; depth: 1.50 m). The pool side is furnished with sun loungers and sunshades, and next to the swimming pool is a bathroom with shower. The swimming pool and the park are exclusively reserved to guests.

Provided with all comforts (Internet connection, satellite TV, DVD player, video cassette recorder, oven, freezer, dishwasher, cot bed, bicycles and private car parking place), the villa has been recently renovated with an eye to preserving its original structure; the richly frescoed rooms are furnished in period style. A cook is at guests` disposal upon request.

Several Tuscan cities of art, including Monterchi, Anghiari, Florence and Arezzo, are within easy driving distance. Some spas, a golf club, a riding stable and a tennis club are just a few kilometers from the villa.

The villa (2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 1 triple bedroom and 3 bathrooms) is a two-story building composed of a small kitchen, dining room, living room, two frescoed halls/galleries, a triple bedroom, two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub).
The twin bedroom is on the first floor in a separate wing of the villa. It is accessed through external stairs.

The Chapel - $ - In the park of the villa is a picturesque hallowed chapel: an excellent location for celebrating weddings. The villa and the park can host ceremonies and parties for up to 70 guests: 20 indoor and 40/50 outdoor.
