The villa (10 sleeping accommodations) stands in panoramic position in the Valdichiana region, close to Arezzo. Guests can have pleasant relaxing walks in Arezzo countryside along the numerous routes stretching around the estate. All the major Tuscan cities of art, including Florence, Cortona, Pienza, Siena, Montepulciano and Montalcino, are easily reached by car.

In the wide park that surrounds the wonderful building are the swimming pool (6x12 m; depth: 1.80-3 m) furnished with sun loungers and sunshades and open from the end of April to the end of Semptember, and a theatre made with plants and trees. In front of the villa stretches a garden furnished with a table, some chairs and gazebos.

Provided with all comforts (air conditioning, satellite TV, Internet connection, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, iron and ironing board, and car park), the elegant villa featuring marble floors and furnished with period furniture has hosted several music festivals and film sets. Animals are admitted upon request.

Guests are lodged in the southern wing of the villa, and are granted the utmost privacy and the exclusive use of the swimming pool and of all external areas. In case of need, they can contact the owners of the villa, who live nearby.
