The farmhouse (10+4 sleeping accommodations) stands on the side of Mount Gualandro, in the Valdichiana region in the province of Arezzo, close to Cortona and just a few kilometers from Lake Trasimeno. Built in the 19th century, in origin the complex was an oil-mill that has now been completely renovated with an eye to maintaining its original architectural elements. The farmhouse gives a wonderful view of Lake Trasimeno and Valdichiana. A medieval castle stands at its back. Important tourist destinations and famous Tuscan and Umbrian cities of art, such as Cortona, Siena, Perugia and Florence, are easily reached by car.

Provided with all comforts (air conditioning, independent heating, working fireplaces, alarm system, satellite TV, CD player, DVD player, gas oven, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and hair dryer), the farmhouse features also a wide swimming pool (18x7 m) surrounded by century-old trees and provided with night lighting system. At guests` disposal: bicycles, cot bed and car park.

The complex (5 double bedrooms + 3 sofa beds and 4 bathrooms) includes the main house and an annex.

The main house is a three-storey building with direct access from the garden and consisting in fully equipped kitchen, large living room with stone fireplace and double sofa bed, small living room with stone fireplace and super-single sofa bed, 2 double-bedded rooms, 2 twin-bedded rooms, 1 bathroom with whirlpool bathtub and shower, 1 bathroom with whirlpool shower and 1 bathroom with double basin and shower.

The annex is a two-storey building composing of kitchen, living room with stone fireplace and sofa bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 single sofa bed and 1 bathroom with whirlpool shower. The wide porch opens onto the surrounding countryside.
