Tuscany Vacation Villas

The villa (sleeping 8) stands 280 meters above sea level on a hill in Upper Valdarno, in Pergine Valdarno, a small town in the province of Arezzo. The sanctuary of La Verna (where Saint Francis of Assisi received his stigmata), the castles of Romena and Poppi, Cortona, Sansepolcro, Arezzo, Anghiari and many other Tuscan cities of art are within easy driving distance.
The 19th century villa has been recently renovated and features typical elements of the Tuscan rural style, including terracotta-tiled floors and wood-beamed ceilings. An ancient wood-burning oven once used for baking bread is at guests` disposal.

Guests are granted the exclusive use of the private swimming pool (7x14 m; depth: 1.20-1.60 m) that lies about 40 meters from the house, in the fully fenced 2000-square-meter garden.

The villa (3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 4 bathrooms) is a two-story building composed of a kitchen, two dining rooms, two living rooms with fireplace, some service rooms, three double bedrooms (two with ensuite bathroom), a twin bedroom and two more bathrooms.
