Location The villa is just 3 kilometers from the center of Arezzo, the town in Valdichiana renowned all over the world because of the Giostra del Saracino and the antique fair held on the first Sunday of each month and on the preceding Saturday in Piazza Grande and in the streets of the historic center. Petrarch's home town and its territory have also been the set of various famous and successful films, including Life is Beautiful, Il Ciclone, The English Patient and Under the Tuscan Sun. Description Thanks to its location, the villa is an excellent accommodation for both relaxing in the peaceful Tuscan countryside and visiting many important cities of art of central Italy, such as Siena, Assisi, Florence, Perugia, Sansepolcro, Cortona and Anghiari, as well as the whole Chianti region. The park that stretches around the villa is fully fenced. The private swimming pool (11x3 m; depth: 1.40 m) with salt water is equipped with an external shower. The loggia in front of the swimming pool is furnished with table and chairs for dining in the open air. A wood-burning oven and the barbecue equipment are at guests' disposal. Accommodation The villa is a two-story building composed of kitchen with wood-burning stove, dining area with fireplace, four double bedrooms (two with private bathroom) and one more bathroom.
