The farmhouse (8+2 sleeping accommodations) stands in panoramic position on a hill a few kilometers from Cortona (Arezzo), in Valdichiana, and enjoys a wonderful view over Mount Cetona, Lake Trasimeno and Mount Amiata. Important Tuscan cities of art and culture, such as Arezzo, Cortona, Montepulciano, Anghiari, Sansepolcro and Pienza, are easily reached through the nearby secondary road (250 meters from the estate).
In the garden that surrounds the stone building are the private swimming pool with hydromassage (8x4 m; depth: 1.10-1.40 m), open from May to September, and the barbecue equipment.
The farmhouse is divided into two independent apartments provided with all comforts (independent heating system, fireplace, air conditioning, satellite TV, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, microwave oven, iron and ironing board, private car parking place).
A maid service, a cook and a baby sitter are available upon request.

A double sofa bed is in the living room of the apartment on the first floor.
An external stair leads to the apartment on the first floor.
Both apartments have an area furnished for having meals al fresco.
