The villa is provided with dishwasher, washing machine and satellite tv. Some tennis courts are 6 kilometres away. The villa is near Arezzo, where many folkloric events take place. The most famous is the Saracen joust, which takes place every year on second-to-the-last Saturday of June in the historical centre of the town. The antique show that takes place every month on the first Sunday attracts many visitors from all over Italy.
