Situated in Arezzo countryside, in Valdichiana, the villa (10+2 sleeping accommodations) is a typical Tuscan cottage. In the 5-hectare land that surrounds the building lies the private swimming pool (10x5 m; depth: 1.50 m). Open from May to September, the swimming pool is about 20 meters from the villa. Provided with fireplaces, satellite TV, barbecue equipment, washing machine and private car parking place, the villa is fully fenced and features a terrace furnished for having meals al fresco. A baby sitter, a cook and a maid service are available upon request (for the maid service additional charges apply).

The villa is a few kilometers from several important Tuscan tourist destinations, including Anghiari, Sansepolcro, Cortona, Caprese Michelangelo, Florence and Siena.

The two story-building (3 double-bedded rooms, 2 twin-bedded rooms, 1 double sofa bed and 4 bathrooms) has a livable surface of 180 square meters and composes of kitchen; living room with dining area, fireplace and piano; living room with fireplace and double sofa bed; small kitchen/breakfast room; three double-bedded room; two rooms with two single beds that can be united to form a double bed; two bathrooms with shower and two bathrooms with bathtub.

The kitchen on the ground floor opens onto the garden.
