The villa (sleeping 10+2) stands 500 meters above sea level on the hills around Arezzo. Its windows and garden command the vineyards of the estate, the valley below and Arezzo. The carefully refurbished farmhouse with warm and cozy rooms stands at the center of a 23-hectare estate that includes a wine bar that organizes tastings of the wines produced in the farm and of traditional Tuscan dishes. The ideal accommodation for families and groups of friends who want to spend their vacations in the peaceful Tuscan countryside, the villa can also host weddings. A riding stable and a tennis club are in proximity to the villa. Arezzo historic center, with its monuments, is just about 3 kilometers from the estate, whereas Siena, Florence and other Tuscan cities of art are easily reached by car.

In the garden that surrounds the two-story building are the barbecue, the private swimming pool (80 sq m; depth: 1.20-1.40 m) and a gazebo with a view over the surrounding countryside.

The villa (4 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 1 double sofa bed and 6 bathrooms) composes of kitchen, dining room with fireplace, living room, laundry room, five bedrooms (four double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, all of them with ensuite bathroom) and a bathroom.
A bathroom on the ground floor is accessible to disabled people.
