Location

The small villa stands in scenery location on the hills that surround Cortona (Arezzo), at an altitude of about 750 meters.

Cortona is a town of Etruscan origins situated in Valdichiana. Every year it hosts Cortona Mix Festival, an event dedicated to music, theater, cinema, the arts and literature, and the international festival of photography Cortona on the Move, with the participation of many worldwide renowned photographers.


Description

The beautiful house is an excellent departure point for visiting many Tuscan and central-Italy cities of art, including Arezzo, Pienza, Siena and Montepulciano. Lake Trasimeno is within easy driving distance.

The private swimming pool (14x7 m; max. depth: 2.40 m) and the windows of the house overlook the surrounding hills.
The garden furnished with table and chairs is equipped with a children's playground and a barbecue.
A dining area is arranged in the garden, next to the house.

The small villa is a one-story building composing of living room with kitchen corner, fireplace and dining area, two double bedrooms, a loft open onto the living room with three single beds and a bathroom with shower.

One of the single beds is just for children.

The small villa is provided with children's playground, table-tennis table, barbecue, fireplace, DVD player, oven microwave oven, freezer, iron and ironing board and private car parking space.
A cook is available upon request.
