The typical Tuscan cottage (6+2 sleeping accommodations) is located in Monte San Savino, a medieval town in Valdichiana, in the province of Arezzo. The holiday house is the ideal accommodation for several types of tourists: the lovers of the arts and culture can visit Arezzo, Cortona, Montepulciano, Siena, Perugia or Assisi, which are all easily reached by car for pleasant one-day trips; sporty guests can visit the tennis club or the riding stables in the vicinity of the house; last but not least, those who want to dedicate to their well-being can visit the thermal baths that are just a few kilometres from the property.

Standing in panoramic position on a hill of Valdichiana, the lodge overlooks Monte San Savino and the surrounding countryside. The two-storey building is surrounded by an olive grove in which are the swimming pool (10x5 m) with whirlpool corner and the barbecue equipment. A cot bed, some bicycles and the car park are at guests` disposal. The holiday house features some fireplaces and the firewood is included in the rental price.

The holiday house (2 double bedrooms, living room with double bed + double sofa bed and 2 bathroom) covers a surface of 200 m² and composes of equipped kitchen, two living rooms (one with canopied bed and one with double sofa bed), 2 double bedrooms, cellar, small storeroom and 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower). Independent entrance with balcony on the first floor.
