Standing atop a hill in Valdichiana close to Civitella in Val di Chiana (Arezzo), the villa (8+1 sleeping accommodations) commands the gorgeous surrounding countryside. Mount Amiata, Lake Trasimeno and the small towns of Cortona and Monte San Savino are to be seen in the distance.

A wide garden scattered with colourfully planted terracotta vases and hedges surrounds the building. The garden is provided with a night lighting system and is fully fenced. At the back of the house stretch an oak-wood and an olive grove.

The terrace nearest to the house is furnished with a table-tennis table and some sun loungers. Next to the kitchen is the barbecue equipment, and a part of the garden is furnished with table and chairs for having meals al fresco. The private swimming pool is at guests` disposal from May 14th to September 30th on a second terrace below the house.

Built at the end of the 19th century, the villa is furnished in Tuscan style, features typical local architectural elements, such as terracotta-tiled floors, brick archways and exposed beam ceilings, and is provided with all comforts (fans, heating systems, satellite TV, DVD player, video cassette recorder, CD player, Internet connection, oven, American-style coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, cot bed and high chair, and uncovered car park).
