The villa (sleeping 8) is an elegant stone-and-ancient-terracotta building that stands in panoramic position in Valdichiana, in Castiglion Fiorentino (Arezzo), in proximity to Cortona. The windows of the villa open onto Valdichiana and Val di Chio. A wide 4,000-square-metre garden is exclusively reserved to guests. Here are the private swimming pool (6x12 m; depth: 1.40-2.20 m) open from May to September, a room with oven-grill-barbecue set and a laundry room. The porch is equipped for having meals al fresco.

The refined holiday villa is provided with all comforts (Internet connection, fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, video recorder, dishwasher, stereo system, washing machine, hairdryer and private car parking place).
Some bicycles are available for guests` use.
A maid service is available upon request (additional charges apply).
